Shipping + Returns
We're currently shipping to the US only, but if you're overseas stay tuned! Majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. For anything else, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to help.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If order tracking shows your item(s) as "Delivered", order will not be refunded or replaced. You will have to contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim.
Kindly email us at email@example.com and we’d be happy to help you through a return or exchange. Your return must be processed with 30 days after your order was received for a full refund. Refunds sent in without prior contact will be denied. We will issue refunds of new and unused products that are returned within 2 business days after we receive the returned item. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. All exchanges must be for equal or lesser value.
