SHIPPING - MADE TO ORDER
Currently, all our products are Made to Order. It may take up to 2-3 weeks for fulfillment.
SHIPPING - LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If order tracking shows your item(s) as "Delivered", order will not be refunded or replaced. You will have to contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim.
CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES
Unsure about your size? Address change? Need to cancel? Contact us and we'll do our best to help. Once an order goes into production or ships it cannot be cancelled or modified.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All Sale items, including items purchased with a coupon code, are FINAL and not eligible for returns.
Need to return your item? PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST with your order number and reason for return.
Returns are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order. You must return the item and provide tracking before your new item is shipped out.
